SW MOTECH the renowned German motorcycle hardware engineers (www.sw-motech.com) in collaboration with German company “Bags Connection” (www.bags-connection.de) have succeeded in making tank bags that are just all that simpler to use—their combined product attaches to your motorcycle tank gas cap.
Most tank bags are challenging to fasten and often use a magnetic system which can cause scratches and scrapes as dust particles find their way between the tank bag and your tank. The gas cap solution prevents this problem and is super simple to attach and remove!
You’ll need their hardware to mount it, namely the specifically designed tank ring. This mounting is constructed of stainless steel and glass fibre polyamide, both highly resistant to corrosion and ruin from sunlight/UV radiation. The ring has numerous fittings to select in order to meet the specifications of your motorcycle make and model. It’s easy to install—personally it reminds me of a horse shoe, attached with supplied screws through your gas cap.
It doesn’t touch the tank, or interferes with gas cap operation and is even simply removed without a key! The tank bag's position on the can be adjusted forward or backward of the tank bag's center by +/- 3.5 inches (during installation).
