After a gratifying and exhilarating long day’s ride, it’s entirely normal to experience feelings of tiredness and stiffness, primarily due to prolonged sitting in limited positions. You can attribute this stiffness to the uneven, bumpy roads and the extended periods spent in a relatively static riding posture. These aches can distract you and often make it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Dodge The Day-After Ride Stiffness
